Hackers have invaded and ransacked information from military and intelligence agencies and defence departments world-wide. In Belarus Wynter and special ops team close in on a Russian hacker who might be linked to the ransomware attacks. And then after apprehension, the hacker is killed. The culprits are erasing the trailsThe one thing Majic-12 does know is that the hacking code is using sophisticated alien software. Going undercover with a beautiful British agent, Mary Ann Russell, they follow a tenuous trail that to a multi-media, social media corporation called Pals. It’s run by an independent highly intelligent woman named Indira Chung. Is she responsible or is a member of her company acting on his or her own? How did Pals obtain the alien technology? That’s what Wynter must determine before the world is held for ransom. Doomsday is ticking.

About the Author

David Mannes has had a multi-faceted career path, as a teacher, an educational writer-program developer, and a film-TV-video producer/director/scriptwriter of educational and promotional films. He was nominated by the Alberta Motion Picture Industry Association Awards(A.M.P.I.A.) for his documentary film script ‘Writing-on-Stone’( 1990). He has written a dozen books and novels of varying fiction genres. This latest novel is the fifth book in his popular Damien Wynter-Majic 12 series.
