Which took shape first: plot, character, or setting?

Plot took shape first because I love putting my characters in different settings and figuring out how they will come out of the situation. The latest is a high-octane, non-stop, fast-paced ride.

What do you hope readers will take away from this book?

I hope readers enjoy the character growth and teamwork of how these characters started from book #1 to now. A real family has come together to protect each other.

What attracts you to this book’s genre?

I love the thriller genre because you can present it in any situation and create a new narrative. Characters take charge and move in any direction you put them in together.
