Maybe you’ve been dead for a while, but you just don’t know it!

After a writer’s significant other breaks up with him unexpectedly while dropping him off at the JFK International Airport for a flight to Rome, he goes into absolute free-fall. But so does his plane when they hit bad weather. What happens next is entirely out of this world, and it just might make you believe in the presence of ghosts. From New York Times Thriller Award winning author Vincent Zandri comes a new Twilight Zone-like serial thriller.

“Tough, stylish, heartbreaking.” — Don Winslow, bestselling author of Savages

“Non-stop action.” — I Love a Mystery

Vincent Zandri recently spent some time with The Big Thrill discussing her latest thriller, GHOSTS.

What attracts you to this book’s genre?

I’m fascinated, as are many writers, about what really happens after death. I wanted to explore it in novella form.

What was the biggest challenge this book presented? What about the biggest opportunity?

The biggest challenge was making the plot seem real. I travel a lot so it wasn’t all that hard. But convincing people that the main character might no longer be among the living was more difficult. I don’t want to give too much away.
